Panda Express Feeds Frontline Staff at Dignity Heath – Mercy and Memorial Hospitals

Panda Express food donations support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of those working on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Our lives look very different right now, but among all the madness, there is still so much #Humankindness and love surrounding us. While some of us are lucky enough to work from home, there are people who have to show up to protect others.

Frontline hospital employees including doctors, nurses, respiratory therapist, and many more are working to treat and care for each patient within our hospitals. These amazing hospital employees are caring for all of us, as we together battle COVID-19.

To help feed and comfort medical professionals on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic, Panda Express donated meals for frontline medical workers at all three Dignity Health Hospitals in Bakersfield – Memorial Hospital, Mercy Downtown, and Mercy Southwest to help those caring for members of our community.

As a long-time corporate partner of Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals, Panda has raised and donated over $85 million to support CMN Hospitals since 2007. Every year they strive to take care of health care needs for more than 130 children’s hospitals across the US and Canada. Panda Express continues to be committed to making sure every patient’s well-being is taken of. The Lauren Small Children’s Center at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital is proud to be Kern County’s only CMN hospital.
